Our Ethiopian Moka — sourced from the birthplace of coffee — carries the unmistakable brightness of citrus and wild berries, with a clean, acidulated finish that lingers like a memory you didn't know you were making.

V60 Pour Over
Slow-brewed, single-origin Ethiopian Moka. Each pour reveals new layers — jasmine on the nose, a bright acidity that blooms into stone fruit, and a finish as clean as morning air. For those who believe coffee is worth waiting for.
Espresso & Flat White
Our espresso pulls with a golden crema and an intensity that surprises — dark chocolate and dried apricot, cut with the lively tang of Ethiopian terroir. The flat white wraps it in velvet, silky steamed milk softening every edge without hiding the soul of the bean.
Mocktails & Refreshments
Crafted without alcohol, never without intention. Citrus-forward compositions with dehydrated lemon wheels, house-made syrups, and botanicals that catch the Marrakech sun in a glass. Something cool, something beautiful, something only here.
